8 week at home fitness program

Designed to help you BUILD strength and confidence through weight training, nutrition education, and healthy habit change.

You'll get 4 new workouts every 2 weeks based off of the proven format of my BUILD classes that I teach locally in San Diego along with macro-based nutrition guidance and weekly challenges to keep you on track and make it fun!


All you need is a light & heavy set of dumbbells, a resistance band, and some space to move.

  • Who is this program for? 
    - Women who want to start lifting weights and don't know where to start
    - Women who have experience lifting weights but want a program to help them stay on track
    - Women who want to learn more about macronutrient tracking and how to eat in according to their goals
    - Women who want to build some strength & muscle from the comfort of their home
    (*DISCLAIMER* all workouts can be done at the gym as well!)
     
  • How long is it? 
    - 8 weeks with the option to stay on the app as a part of the BUILD community and continue to get workouts every 2 weeks 
     
  • How many workouts per week?
    - 4 workouts a week plus cardio suggestions
     
  • How long with the workouts take me? 
    - 45 mins to 1 hour depending on how fast you move through them
     
  • What equipment do I need for the workouts? 
    - a light and heavy set of dumbbells, a mini-resistance band (or booty band), and preferrably a mat to workout on. I recommend getting 5-10 lbs for your light set and 15-30lbs for your heavy set. Having even more sets inbetween is ideal! 
     
  • Is there a meal plan?
    - No, there is no set meal plan but I do provide meal ideas to get your started an new 3-4 new recipes to try out each week
     
  • Can you calculate my macros for me? 
    - Yes, I can calculate your macros for you as an add on here. You can also add onNutrition Consultation with me (45 min long over Zoom) here where we will dive deep into your current lifestyle and create a personalized nutrition plan for you moving forward to achieve your goals.
